- Intalnirea cursantilor cu Alina Neacsa la Intercontinental Athenee Palace ( 10.00- 12.30)
- Breefing eveniment cu Alina Neacsa si wedding plannerul evenimentului
- coffee break
- retur la sediu pentru conditionarea florilor si pregatirea logisticii pentru eveniment
Ziua 2 - 14 iunie 2024
- Intalnire la sediu
- Crearea aranjamentelor florale pentru mesele invitatilor si a mesei de prezidiu
- Realizarea buchetelor, lumanarilor, bratarilor si a cocardelor,
- organizarea si pregatirea lor pentru transport la JW Marriott
